14-Day Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods. If multiple goods from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last item.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please clearly inform us of your decision to cancel the contract.
You can use the “Cancel Contract” function available on our website or contact us by e-mail at info@fightora.de.
When using the online cancellation function, you will receive an electronic confirmation that your withdrawal has been received.
Returns
After declaring your withdrawal, please return the goods within 14 days to the following return address:

To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.
In the case of a standard withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at info@fightora.de before returning the goods. Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may unpack the goods and inspect them to the extent that would also be possible in a retail store.
For boxing gloves, protective equipment, clothing, kimonos, and similar products, you may carefully check, in particular, the size, fit, and condition.
If a product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, any resulting loss in value may be taken into account in accordance with statutory provisions.
Where possible, please return the goods complete and carefully packaged. However, the original packaging is not a requirement for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
Hygiene Products
For sealed goods that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return after being opened, the right of withdrawal may expire if the relevant seal has been removed after delivery.
This may apply in particular to appropriately hygienically sealed products such as mouthguards.
This exception applies only if the statutory requirements for the respective product are actually met.
Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments you have made in accordance with statutory requirements.
In the case of a complete withdrawal, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.
The refund will generally be made using the same payment method that was used for the original order.
The refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal.
However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back — whichever occurs earlier.

Where possible, please provide your order number and attach photos of any visible damage.
Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain fully unaffected.
